Max Push Ups: 47
Max Sit Ups: 88
Max Dips: 60

  1. Maria - I'm on vacation in Canada. I have been SOOOOOOOOOO bad...I honestly haven't even thought about the challenge at all while I've been away so you know I haven't done any of my circuits. I may have to start back on Week 3 or Week 4 when I return home on Monday...we'll see how I do with Week 5, Day 1 that day!
